Munich, 15.04.2005 – COMPUTERLINKS AG (ISIN DE0005448807) announces, that Pierce Casey , Chairman of the Supervisory Board of COMPUTERLINKS AG, resigned from his office as a member of the Supervisory Board.

The Board appreciates that Pierce’s primary commercial interest lies within the private equity arena and that he now wishes to commit his energies to the development of his other business interests including a number of other public and private companies that he has founded.
