Munich, 11.10.2006 - COMPUTERLINKS AG (ISIN DE0005448807) plans the 100% acquisition of the Spanish value added distributor MAMBO TECHNOLOGY Sociedad Limitada (MAMBO) with its head office in Madrid.

The fast growing company MAMBO expects turnover of approximately 5-6 million Euro and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of approximately 0.4-0.5 million Euro for the financial year 2006.

A financial, tax and legal review (due diligence) of the Spanish company is to be conducted based on the letter of intent. The Management Board aims to conclude the contract by December 2006 at the latest. It was agreed to remain silent on the expected purchase price until the conclusion of the contract.
